银汞合金(Amalgam)又称汞齐,是一种特殊类型的合金。它以汞为液体,银锡铜为合金粉,两者在一定比例下进行研磨成可塑状,以后硬化成合金,这样汞与合金的结合,称之汞齐化反应。银汞合金在1826年应用于临床。1896年G.V.Black氏首次介绍银汞合金的组成:银65%,锡29%,铜6%。至1970年银汞合金中铜的含量从6%上升至30%,这种高铜合金比传统式低铜合金具有一定的优越性,美国A、D、A N01规定了银汞合金标准,到1977年标准随之修改,允许银汞合金中铜含量可以增高。银汞合金适用于牙体缺损修复。据国外报道银汞合金作为补牙每年已超过1亿6千万只,我国制造银汞合金中银的用量每年达7吨左右,可见银汞合金在临床上应用之多。因为它具有操作方便,性能良好,以及价廉。但也存在某些不足之处。如果能了解它的性能,注意操作规范,可以成为良好的修复体。
