以催青室的温湿度为研究对象,构建温湿度数学模型,研究基于广义预测PID算法的控制方案。由于催青室的温湿度是一个非线性、滞后的系统,而传统的PID算法具有结构简单,控制精度不高等缺点,所以本文在此提出基于广义预测算法的控制方案并成功应用到催青室的温湿度控制系统上,仿真实验表明,这种方法不仅可以提高系统的动态性能,比传统的PID算法具有更好的控制品质,提高了蚕种的孵化率。
Taking temperature and humidity of greenhouses as the research object, a mathematical model of temperature and humidity was constructed and the control scheme based on generalized predictive PID algorithm was studied. Because the temperature and humidity of the retargeting chamber is a nonlinear and lagged system, the traditional PID algorithm has the disadvantages of simple structure and low control accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposes a control scheme based on generalized predictive algorithm and applies it to the retargeting chamber Temperature and humidity control system. Simulation results show that this method can not only improve the dynamic performance of the system, but also have better control quality than the traditional PID algorithm and improve the hatching rate of silkworm eggs.
