目的了解1997~2008年出生儿童接种重组乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗(酿酒酵母)(Hepatitis B Vaccine Made by Recombinant Deoxyribonucleic Acid Techniquesin Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Yeast,HepB-SCY)后的抗体水平,评价HepB-SCY的免疫持久性及保护效果。方法在西宁市城西区、大通县和海南藏族自治州同德县,选择1997~2008年出生、有明确HepB-SCY免疫史的特定人群,每个年龄段100人左右,采集静脉血5ml,分离血清,检测乙肝病毒(Hepatitis B Virus,HBV)表面抗原、抗乙肝病毒表面抗原抗体、抗乙肝病毒核心抗原抗体三项血清学指标。结果接种HepB-SCY后1~12年抗体阳性率保持在较高水平,抗体几何平均浓度则呈现随免疫年限延长而逐渐下降趋势。免疫人群HBV感染率为4.82%,较实施免疫前明显下降。结论 HepB-SCY免疫后效果较持久,可有效预防接种人群HBV感染。
Objective To investigate the antibody levels of Hepatitis B Vaccine Made by Recombinant Deoxyribonucleic Acid Techniques in Saccharomyces cerevisiae Yeast (HepB-SCY) from 1997 to 2008, and to evaluate the immunogenicity of HepB-SCY Persistence and protective effect. Methods In the West District of Xining City, Datong County and Tongde County of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, selected from 1997 to 2008, a clear HepB-SCY immune specific history of the crowd, each of about 100 people, collecting 5ml venous blood, serum The three serological markers of hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface antigen, anti-hepatitis B virus surface antigen antibody and anti-hepatitis B virus core antigen antibody were detected. Results The antibody positive rate maintained at a high level from 1 to 12 years after inoculation with HepB-SCY. The geometric mean antibody concentration showed a decreasing trend with the prolongation of immunization. HBV infection rate in immunized people was 4.82%, which was significantly lower than that before immunization. Conclusion HepB-SCY has a longer lasting effect after immunization, which can effectively prevent HBV infection in vaccinated population.
