目的确定较好的艾滋病健康教育方式。方法从川北医学院抽选48个班(每班30~40人)的大学生,随机分为4个组,分别以4种方式(主题班会、知识竞赛、影音放映、知识讲座)实施艾滋病健康教育,对比实际参与各项教育活动的学生人数,并通过问卷调查对比教育前、后的艾滋病相关知识得分。结果主题班会组、知识竞赛组、影音放映组和知识讲座组的学生参与率,分别为87.3%、56.9%、61.9%、55.5%。各组教育前艾滋病知识得分约为7.2分(总分9.0分),教育后得分显著提高了5%~18%,其中主题班会组与知识竞赛组提高幅度最大,教育前均得7.2分,教育后均得8.5分。结论主题班会是较好的艾滋病健康教育方式。
Objective To determine a better AIDS health education. Methods 48 college students (30 ~ 40 in each class) from Sichuan Medical College were randomly divided into four groups, and AIDS health education was conducted in four ways (theme classes, knowledge contests, audio-visual screening and knowledge lectures) , Comparing the actual number of students participating in various educational activities and comparing the AIDS-related knowledge scores before and after education through questionnaires. Results The student participation rate in the theme class group, knowledge contest group, audio-visual screening group and knowledge lecture group was 87.3%, 56.9%, 61.9% and 55.5% respectively. Before AIDS education, each group had a score of about 7.2 (with a total score of 9.0), and a marked increase of 5% ~ 18% in education scores. Among them, the theme classes and knowledge contests increased the most, 7.2 points before education, and education After 8.5 points each. Conclusion The theme class will be a better way of AIDS health education.
