本文通过对城市轨道交通发生的钢轨灼伤现象进行了描述,提出钢轨扣件绝缘低、钢轨回流系统性能不满足设计要求等原因,提出了钢轨绝缘测试方案、回路电阻测试方案和钢轨电导率测试等相关检测方案,最后提出了增强钢轨绝缘、增加排流电缆和补齐测防端子等防止钢轨灼伤的几点建议措施。
This paper describes the phenomenon of rail burns in urban rail transit, puts forward the reasons of low insulation of rail fasteners and the unsatisfactory performance of rail return system, and proposes the rail insulation test scheme, loop resistance test scheme and rail conductivity test Relevant testing programs, and finally proposed measures to enhance the rail insulation, increase the drain cable and fill the terminal to prevent rail burn and other measures recommended.
