模拟实际施工环境中的养护湿度,利用全自动温湿度控制仪,在温度恒定20℃,相对湿度分别为50%、65%、80%、以及95%的环境中对成型后的混凝土试件养护。待养护28 d后进行一系列的耐久性试验:抗压强度试验、抗冻性试验、毛细吸水实验,研究混凝土在不同湿度养护条件下的耐久性能。试验结果表明,混凝土试件的耐久性随着养护湿度的增加而提高,当养护湿度低于65%时,混凝土整体性能较差。
To simulate the curing humidity in the actual construction environment and to use the automatic temperature and humidity control instrument to cure the concrete specimens after being molded in a constant temperature of 20 ℃ and relative humidity of 50%, 65%, 80% and 95% respectively . After curing for 28 days, a series of durability tests were conducted: compressive strength test, frost resistance test, capillary water absorption test, and concrete durability study under different humidity curing conditions. The test results show that the durability of concrete specimens increases with the increase of curing humidity. When the curing humidity is lower than 65%, the overall performance of concrete is poor.
