研究了添加不同合金元素的球墨铸铁分别以 90°和 4 5°冲击角度在酸性、中性和碱性石英砂介质中的冲蚀腐蚀磨损特性。结果表明 :球墨铸铁的冲蚀腐蚀磨损耐磨性随介质pH值和冲击角度的增加而增加 ,并且随合金元素的加入而增加。球墨铸铁冲蚀腐蚀磨损机理的研究表明 :在酸性介质中粒子以显微切削和腐蚀共同作用为主 ;而在中性和碱性介质中以粒子显微切削为主 ,腐蚀的作用很弱
The erosion and erosion properties of nodular cast iron with different alloying elements in acid, neutral and basic quartz sand media at 90 ° and 45 ° impact angles were investigated. The results show that the abrasion resistance of nodular cast iron increases with the increase of pH value and impact angle, and increases with the addition of alloying elements. The study on erosion and erosion mechanism of nodular cast iron shows that the particles are mainly combined by micro-cutting and corrosion in acidic medium, while the micro-cutting is the main medium in neutral and alkaline medium, and the corrosion is weak
