杜征麟,1949年出生于北京。现在北京外国语大学从事美术教育和美术创作工作,擅长写意花鸟画、人物画等并逐步形成自己的艺术风格。作品题材广泛、形神兼备,画面清新活泼、生机盎然、情趣浓郁、意境深远。所画牡丹、葡萄、梅花、紫藤、禽鸟、鱼虫等栩栩如生、清丽高雅,用简括的笔墨抒发对生活的见解和感悟, 充满了对生活的一片挚爱之情,受到国内外人士的广泛喜爱。作品曾多次在《中国教育报》、《中国旅游报》、《北京日报》等报刊上发表。其中,作品《和平繁荣》被澳门大学收藏、《国色天香》
