2013年,世界卫生组织发布简报指出,缺乏锻炼已成为全球第四大死亡风险因素。据估算,目前每年全世界因缺乏锻炼而致死的人数高达320万人,近10年间增长迅速。因此,人们应当积极制定运动处方,科学、合理的安排各项内容,注意维持人体生理和心理的平衡,让自身功能状态有所改善。健康运动必须因人而异,切忌千篇一律,要根据自己身体的实际状况和自己的兴趣爱好、条件来选择,有目的、有计划和科学地对症锻炼。
In 2013, the WHO released a briefing that lack of exercise has become the fourth largest risk of death in the world. It is estimated that up to 3.2 million people are currently killed each year in the world due to a lack of exercise, which has been growing rapidly in the past 10 years. Therefore, people should actively formulate sports prescriptions, make scientific and rational arrangements for various contents, pay attention to maintaining the balance of human physiology and psychology, and improve their functional status. Health campaigns must vary from person to person, avoid stereotyped, according to their actual condition and their own hobbies, conditions to choose, purposeful, systematic and scientific symptomatic exercise.
