以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,采用反相乳化法制备高分子量的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺P(DMC-AM)。探讨了氧化还原引发剂用量、聚合温度、pH值等因素对聚合物相对分子质量的影响。结果表明:氧化还原引发剂用量、聚合温度、pH值对合成聚丙烯酰胺P(DMC-AM)有重要影响,当m(AM)/m(DMC)=1、氧化还原引发剂1.5 m L、复合乳化剂HLB值为10.5、聚合温度为65℃、pH值为7.5时,制备的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺P(DMC-AM)的分子量可达到1.5×10~7。
High molecular weight cationic polyacrylamide P (DMC-AM) was prepared by reverse phase emulsification using methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride (DMC) and acrylamide (AM) as monomers. The effects of the amount of redox initiator, polymerization temperature and pH value on the molecular weight of the polymer were discussed. The results showed that the amount of the redox initiator, the polymerization temperature and the pH had an important effect on the synthesis of polyacrylamide P (DMC-AM). When the molar ratio of DMC to AM was 1 and the redox initiator was 1.5 m L, The molecular weight of cationic polyacrylamide P (DMC-AM) can reach 1.5 × 10 ~ 7 with the HLB value of 10.5, the polymerization temperature of 65 ℃ and the pH value of 7.5.
