目前,国有企业改革不断向前推进,企业管理层和员工之间的矛盾和问题不断出现,职工们的信访诉求也不断增多,这些信访问题一旦不能及时解决,必将影响企业的生产经营工作。要想使国有企业健康稳定发展,构建良好的生产氛围,信访稳定工作就必须落到实处,信访工作人员要改变传统的工作理念,运用先进的管理思路和解决办法,建立责任体系,完善工作思路,建立长效的信访稳定工作机制。
