人才资本对经济增长贡献率,即人才资本作为经济运行中的核心投入要素,通过其自身形成的递增收益和产生的外部溢出效应,从而对经济增长所作出的贡献份额。本研究首先采用受教育年限法来测度总人力资本存量,进而将总人力资本分解为基础人力资本和专业人力资本(即人才资本)两个部分;并基于专业人力资本与基础人力资本的质的差异性(异质性),使用C-D生产函数的人力资本分类模型,分离出人才资本对经济增长的贡献率。
The contribution rate of human capital to economic growth, that is, human capital, as the core input element in economic operation, contributes to economic growth through its own incremental returns and external spillover effects. In this study, we first use the years of education to measure the total stock of human capital, and then the total human capital is decomposed into two parts: basic human capital and professional human capital (ie, human capital); and based on the quality of professional human capital and basic human capital Difference (heterogeneity), using CD production function of human capital classification model, separate the contribution rate of human capital to economic growth.
