上海鲁迅纪念馆作为国家一级博物馆,目前在上海和全国广大民众中享有的美誉度与自身的实际地位还尚有一定的提升空间。如何在现有基础上更充分、更有效地对外扩大影响,实现更高目标,是对我馆的新挑战。本文试从提升讲解效果角度出发,浅论如何实现参观者受益的最佳化。讲解是参观者参观过程中的一个有机过程,在这个过程中,任何一个环节出现问题都会对讲解效果产生影响。影响讲解效果的因素有很多,但大致可以从讲解对象、讲解者、讲解情景三方面分析。
As a museum at the national level, Shanghai Lu Xun Memorial Hall still enjoys some room for improvement in its current reputation in Shanghai and in the general public across the country as well as its own actual status. It is a new challenge for our museum how to expand its influence more fully and effectively to achieve higher goals on the existing basis. This article tries to improve the explanation effect from the perspective of how to achieve the best of the benefits of visitors. The explanation is an organic process during the visit of the visitor. In this process, any problem occurs and the effect will be influenced. There are many factors that influence the effect of explanation, but it can be roughly analyzed from three aspects: explaining the object, explaining the person, and explaining the situation.
