[目的]筛选适合在盐渍化土壤上种植的优质,高产,耐盐油菜品种(系)。[方法]2013-2014年在江苏沿海滩涂上进行油菜品种比较试验,研究了6个油菜品种(系)在中度盐渍化土壤环境下的越冬性状、生物学形状与离子含量等。[结果]苏新油系列品种(系)在盐渍化土壤上长势强,分枝多,产量显著高于其他3个参试品种;苏新油141和苏新油703根、茎和叶中K~+含量显著高于其他试验品种,苏新油141根、茎和叶中的Na~+和Cl~-含量均高于其他试验品种(系)。[结论]苏新油系列品种(系)耐盐性强,适合在盐渍化土壤上生长,尤其是苏新油141。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen high-quality, high-yield and salt-tolerant rape varieties (lines) suitable for planting on salinized soils. [Method] A comparative experiment was conducted on rapeseed varieties in Jiangsu coastal beach from 2013 to 2014 to study the overwintering traits, biological shapes and ionic contents of 6 rapeseed cultivars in moderate salinization soil environment. [Result] The varieties of Su-Xin oil series grew stronger and had more branches in the salinized soils. The yield of Su-Su-oil series was significantly higher than that of the other three cultivars. K ~ + content was significantly higher than other tested varieties. The contents of Na ~ + and Cl ~ - in 141 stem and leaves of Soybean oil were higher than those of other tested varieties (lines). [Conclusion] The varieties of Su-Xin oil series (lines) are highly salt-tolerant and suitable for growing on salinized soil, especially Su-Xin-141.
