1948年末到1949年初,国共两党的长期斗争逐渐显示出最终结果。蒋介石为了谋求失败后的存身之地,并为将来东山再起做准备,开始经营台湾。本文拟就蒋介石退保台湾方针的确定和对台湾的最初经营作一简要的分析。
From the end of 1948 to the beginning of 1949, the long-term struggle between KMT and CPC gradually showed its final result. In order to find a place to survive after the failure and to prepare for the resumption of the future, Chiang Kai-shek began operating Taiwan. This article intends to make a brief analysis of Chiang Kai-shek’s decision to surrender Taiwan’s policy and the initial operation of Taiwan.
