台湾地区健康促进理念是以推动增进健康、预防疾病、安全防护、民众与跨领域的参与等为核心精神,以实证为基础,规划适合人生各阶段的预防保健服务及健康促进政策;实务推动以健康促进5大行动纲领(发展健康的公共政策、营造支持性的环境、强化社区行动力、发展及提升健康技能、调整卫生服务方向)为方针,透过各类型的健康场域,导入各类健康促进行动,致力于营造让民众活的更健康的环境。目前主要的议题是迟育和不育趋势、青少年健康促进、烟害和槟榔防制、健康体能促进、肥胖防治、事故伤害防制与老人健康促进。2013年12月底,台湾有2029所学校全面推动健康促进学校计划,有162个乡镇市区推动小区健康营造计划,有131家健康照护机构获得WHO健康促进医院国际网络会员认证;安全小区引用国际健康安全促进策略,推展多元事故伤害防制与安全促进工作,再由台北市、台东县的实务工作者分享推动经验。
The concept of health promotion in Taiwan is based on the core values of promoting health promotion, disease prevention, safety protection, people and cross-cutting participation, and formulates preventive health care services and health promotion policies that are suitable for all stages of life based on evidence. Health Promotion 5 Major Programs of Action (Healthy Public Policies, Building a Supportive Environment, Enhancing Community Mobility, Developing and Improving Health Skills, Adjusting Health Services) Through various health fields, we have introduced various types of health programs Health Promotion Action, committed to creating a healthier environment for people to live in. The main topics for the moment are the trend of late childbearing and infertility, adolescent health promotion, tobacco smoke and betel nut control, promotion of healthy physical fitness, prevention and control of obesity, accidental injury prevention and promotion of health for the elderly. By the end of December 2013, there were 2,029 schools in Taiwan promoting the health promotion school program in an all-round way. 162 towns and villages in urban areas were encouraged to create community health plans. 131 health care institutions were accredited by the WHO Network for Health Promotion Hospital. The safety community cited International Health Safety promotion strategies, promotion of multiple accident prevention and control and safety promotion, and sharing of experiences of promotion by substantive workers in Taipei City and Taitung County.
