目的了解2007~2012年周口市无偿献血者梅毒感染情况,以及感染者在不同性别、年龄、学历人群中的分布情况,为采供血机构制定献血者招募指南提供参考,从而在源头上控制经血传播疾病。方法收集2007~2012年无偿献血者梅毒感染情况资料进行统计分析,共调查200950人次献血者,其中男125292(62.35%)人次,女75658(37.65%)人次,高中学历者124308(61.86%)人次,高中以上含中专共35488(17.66%)人次。结果整体总阳性率为0.12%,且呈逐年下降趋势(P<0.01),其中女性高于男性(P<0.01),31~40岁年龄段最高达0.16%(P<0.01),学历越高阳性率越低(P<0.01)。结论针对不同人群做好献血者健康征询,以防止高危人群献血。普及献血常识和加强经血传播疾病危险性及危害知识的宣传,对降低输血风险及保证输血安全非常重要。
Objective To understand the syphilis infection of unpaid blood donors in Zhoukou City from 2007 to 2012 and the distribution of infected persons in different sexes, ages and educational background, to provide a reference for the development of blood donation guidelines for blood donors and blood donors so as to control the blood transfusion disease. Methods The data of syphilis infection in unpaid blood donors from 2007 to 2012 were collected for statistical analysis. A total of 200950 blood donors were surveyed, of whom 125292 (62.35%) were male and 75658 (37.65%) were female, 124,308 (61.86%) were high school students , 35488 (17.66%) people with high school education or above. Results The overall positive rate was 0.12% (P <0.01), with a trend of declining year by year (P <0.01), and the highest rate was 0.16% (P <0.01) in 31- 40 years old The lower the positive rate (P <0.01). Conclusions Blood donors’ health consultation is conducted for different populations to prevent blood donation in high-risk groups. The popularization of blood donation common sense and strengthening of the risk of transmitted diseases and the promotion of harm knowledge are very important to reduce the risk of blood transfusion and ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
