人民解放军诞生的70多年间,曾与21国军队在战场交锋。新中国创建前,曾与日军、英军兵戎相见;朝鲜战争,曾与美国、英国、澳大利亚、荷兰、新西兰、加拿大、法国、菲律宾、土耳其、泰国、南非、希腊、比利时、卢森堡、哥伦比亚、埃塞俄比亚、韩国共17个国家的军队决一雌雄;60年代后,又与印军、美军、南越伪军、苏军、越军交过手。 在这21国军队中,美国由于有一流的装备和两次世界大战的经验,堪称世界头号强敌。然而历史却告诉世人——
More than 70 years after the founding of the People’s Liberation Army, the PLA and 21 armed forces clashed on the battlefield.
