本文根据连续轧管过程中全属在变形区内流动的特点,设定管坯与轧辊孔型侧壁接触区和非接触区的外周边只产生形状的变化,并认为形成抛物线的外廓。在此假设的条件下导出圆孔型连续轧管各道次的轧件宽度的计算模型。采用迭代法借助计算机很容易获得比较精确的轧件宽度。这为确定计算各道次轧件断面面积、延伸率等工艺参数提供了方便。经过冷轧铝管实验证实:文章所提供的宽度计算模型与实验结果比较接近,故可在实际生产中参考和应用。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of all the metal flow in the deformation zone during the continuous tube rolling process, only the change of the shape of the outer periphery of the contact area between the tube blank and the roll pass wall and the non-contact zone is set, and the parabola shape is formed. Based on this assumption, the calculation model of the rolling width of each pass of the round pass continuous tube rolling is derived. Iteration method with the help of computer is very easy to get more accurate rolling width. This is to determine the calculation of each pass rolling section area, elongation and other process parameters provide a convenient. After cold-rolled aluminum tube experiment confirmed: article provides the width of the calculation model and experimental results are relatively close, it can be in the actual production of reference and application.
