我们使用气溶胶设备,以荧光素钠作为化学示踪剂,观察了大肠杆菌K-12C-600株(简称大肠杆菌)气溶胶在不同温湿度条件下的稳定性.试验结果证明:气雾室在每分钟4转时,大肠杆菌气溶胶的粒数中值直径在2.6~3.6μm之间.在不同温度(10℃,20℃,30℃),同一相对湿度(60%)条件下,大肠杆菌气溶胶的存活率随着温度的升高而降低.在同一温度(20℃),不同相对湿度(30%,60%,90%)条件下,大肠杆菌气溶胶在低湿时存活较好,中湿和高湿的差别无实际意义.
