近期,中央召开全国加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设会议,胡锦涛总书记发表重要讲话,深刻阐明了新形势下加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的重要性和紧迫性,全面总结了加强青少年思想道德建设的宝贵经验,明确提出了加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的指导思想、重要原则和主要任务。之后,教育部党组专门召开学习贯彻全国加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设会议精神的会议。会上,周济部长提出要更好地加强对大、中、小学生德育工作的统一领导,成立教育部德育工作领导小组,统筹规划、加强研究,将大、中、小学德育融于一体,从而切实提高教育系统未成年人思想道德建设的工作水平。
