对装载机铰接转向机构的性能进行4个方面的性能指标分析,其中包括转向力臂的最大值、转向行程、转向力臂的变化量,以及左右转向液压缸的力臂差和行程差,得到了转向过程中左右液压缸的力臂差和行程差之间的互成正比关系的结论。同时建立以综合转向性能最优为优化目标的优化设计模型,并对原转向机构、前期改进的转向机构和此次进行优化设计所得的转向机构的性能作出比较分析,确认了此次优化所得的机构为综合性能最优的铰接转向机构,为装载机铰接转向机构的改进及新产品研发提供了依据。
