PMMA模板法制备钙钛矿型LaMnO_3有序多孔结构(英文)

以PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)为模板剂,采用模板法在液相中制备钙钛矿型复合氧化物LaMnO_3材料,并运用XRD,SEM和EDS对样品的物相和微观形貌等进行表征分析,考察了焙烧温度、模板剂的含量对材料微观形貌和结构的影响。结果表明:当柠檬酸与金属总离子的物质的量比为0.3、前驱体溶液的pH为3、样品与模板剂的质量比是1:2、焙烧温度是923K时,用直径约为700nm的PMMA微粒为模板剂可成功制备具有三维有序结构的孔径为400nm的纯钙钛矿相LaMnO_3。 PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) was used as a template to prepare the perovskite-type composite oxide LaMnO_3 in the liquid phase by the template method. The phase and micro-morphology of the sample were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS Characterization and analysis, the effects of calcination temperature and the content of template on the microstructure and structure of the material were investigated. The results show that when the molar ratio of citric acid to metal total ions is 0.3, the precursor solution pH is 3, the mass ratio of sample to template is 1: 2, the calcination temperature is 923K, PMMA particles as a template can be successfully prepared with a three-dimensional ordered pore structure of 400nm pure perovskite phase LaMnO_3.
