The Quan Zhi wrote by Hong Zun in Song Dynasty was the earliest numismatic work which only left the complete copy in our country. The earliest edition existed now was the block printed edition in the thirty one year of Wan Lis Reign in Ming Dynasty. The content of Quan Zhi had also been recorded in the Yong Le Da Dian of which had already lost now. The numismatist of Qing Dynasty named Weng Shupei had revised the two editions, and reocrded the difference on the copy one. The author of this article had found two editions of Quan Zhi in The National Library, and believed that one is a scripture revised by Weng Shupei, the other is a complete copy, then he had made out the content of Quan Zhi recorded in the Yong Le Da Dian .
