2002年以来,随着电煤(即电力发电用煤)价格放开,在我国煤炭、电力企业间对电煤价格到底该怎么涨也持续发生了多次“争议”。由于双方站的角度不同,对价格上涨看法不一,导致了连续两年召开的煤炭订货会延期,甚至合同无法签订———电煤危机频繁出现。对双方的“争议”,一年多来,有关部门做了多次居间协调工作,对确保电煤供应和电力生产起了重要作用,但煤电双方利益关系需要协调的地方还有很多。对此,社会各方的看法也相当不一致。正在召开的2004年电煤订货会结果如何,人们还在拭目以待。
Since 2002, with the liberalization of the price of coal (that is, coal for power generation), there have been many “disputes” over the price of coal in China’s coal and power companies. Due to different perspectives on both sides of the station, different views on the price rise led to two consecutive years of coal orders will be postponed, or even the contract can not be signed --- frequent coal crisis. Over the past year or so since the “controversy” between the two sides, relevant departments have done a lot of inter-mediation work, which has played an important role in ensuring coal supply and electricity production.
