就联合国推行的2015年后发展议程和可持续发展目标而言,当前的公共行政并未做好准备。本文试图进一步探索公共行政发展的总体趋势和知识差距,以明确新的研究课题,把握全球尤其亚洲的公共行政趋势与备选发展模式。文章涉及处在关键发展过程中的重要公共行政议题,并力图发展面向未来的研究路径。作者们展示了各自专业领域的综合的、前沿的知识和主要争论,为转型国家和发展中国家的公共行政实践者、学生和学者提供了有益借鉴。
For the United Nations to pursue the post-2015 development agenda and the sustainable development goals, the current public administration is not prepared. This article attempts to further explore the overall trends and knowledge gaps in the development of public administration in order to clarify new research topics and grasp the global trends in public administration, especially in Asia, and alternative development models. The article addresses key public administration issues that are in the process of key developments and seeks to develop a future-oriented research path. The authors present comprehensive, cutting-edge knowledge and major debates in their respective fields of expertise, providing useful lessons for public administration practitioners, students and academics in transition countries and developing countries.
