中分子右旋糖酐注射液早在1957年,国内即开始用于临床,作为血浆代用品。六十年代发现其低分子产品,具有改善微循环、抗血栓和扩充血容量的作用,临床用于各种血栓性疾病,取得了一定疗效。右旋糖酐(以下简称右酐)系葡萄糖组成的多糖,又名葡聚糖或葡聚精(dextranum)。由于分子中葡萄糖部分相互连接的方式和数量不尽相同,所以实际上它是由分子量大小不等的分子所组成的多分散系统。一般所说的分子量皆指平均分子量而言(在本文中均为平均分子量)。中分子右酐分子量约为70000,其中分子量在50000~100000之间的部分占90%,小于25000和大于200000的部分不超过10%,低分子右酐的分子量为40000,分子量在10000~80000之间的部分占90%;
