最近自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞和树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)间的相互作用倍受各国学者的关注。体内、体外试验均证实两种细胞相互作用时,活化的NK细胞可以诱导DCs成熟,也可以杀伤不成熟DCs;DCs则可使NK细胞增殖且细胞毒活性增强。这种效应在免疫反应及白血病的免疫治疗中起重要作用。本文就NK细胞和DCs间的相互作用及其在白血病治疗中的意义作一综述。
Recently, the interaction between natural killer (NK) cells and dendritic cells (DCs) has drawn much attention from scholars all over the world. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated that activated NK cells can induce maturation of DCs and kill immature DCs when they interact with each other. DCs can proliferate NK cells and enhance cytotoxicity. This effect plays an important role in immune response and immunotherapy of leukemia. This article reviews the interaction between NK cells and DCs and their significance in the treatment of leukemia.
