糖尿病及其中枢神经系统并发症已严重损害了人类健康,引起机体自由基生成增多的原因与诱发糖尿病及其并发症的因素存在着交叉性。当自由基在体内产生增加时,由于它特殊的细胞毒性作用,可对机体产生一系列损害作用,如对胰岛β细胞的损伤就是引发糖尿病及其并发症的一个重要因素。本文就氧化应激在糖尿病脑病发生中的作用及其相关实验室检测进行综述。
Diabetes and its central nervous system complications have seriously damaged human health, causing the body to generate more free radicals and induce diabetes and its complications are cross-cutting factors. When the free radical increases in the body, it can exert a series of damaging effects on the body due to its special cytotoxicity. For example, damage to islet β-cell is an important factor that causes diabetes and its complications. This article reviews the role of oxidative stress in the development of diabetic encephalopathy and its related laboratory tests.
