目的探讨断层融合技术在呼吸系统的应用。方法 64例经临床证实的呼吸系统病例(其中34例肺结节)行DR、CT、断层融合检查,分析其影像学特征,研究断层融合技术在呼吸系统的应用价值。结果断层融合图像的空间分辨率与DR相当,高于CT,密度分辨率低于CT。34例结节的影像特征检出情况:断层融合检出的毛刺、分叶和胸膜凹陷例数与CT相同,检出血管集束例数高于CT,空泡和钙化的检出例数低于CT。结论胸部断层融合检查可以发现更多具有诊断价值的细节信息和影像特征,为病变定性提供更多诊断依据。
Objective To explore the application of fusion tomography in respiratory system. Methods 64 cases of clinically confirmed cases of respiratory system (34 cases of pulmonary nodules) were examined by DR, CT and tomography. Their imaging features were analyzed, and the value of tomographic fusion in the respiratory system was studied. Results The spatial resolution of fusion images was similar to DR, higher than CT, and the density resolution was lower than that of CT. 34 cases of nodules were detected features of image features: tomographic fusion detected burr, lobes and pleural indentation the same number of cases, the number of detected vascular bundles higher than the number of CT, vacuolar and calcification were detected in less than CT. Conclusion Thoracic fusion tomography can find more diagnostic information and image features, providing more diagnostic basis for the qualitative diagnosis of the disease.
