等温淬火处理获得的贝氏体球墨铸铁具有优良的综合性能,可以取代调质锻钢来制造齿轮。而我国开发的贝氏体钒钛球铁还具有独特的优点。试验已经证明,贝氏体钒钛球铁齿轮的接触疲劳强度超过相同硬度的钢齿轮。本文再根据作者模拟齿轮工作条件,对中等硬度的贝氏体钒钛球铁与45号钢所做的耐磨性对比试验结果来介绍贝氏体钒钛球铁的优良耐磨性能。
Bainite ductile iron obtained by the isothermal quenching treatment has excellent overall performance, can replace the quenched and tempered steel for the manufacture of gears. The bainite vanadium-titanium ductile iron developed in our country also has unique advantages. Tests have shown that the contact fatigue strength of bainitic vanadium-titanium ductile iron gears exceeds that of steel gears of the same hardness. In this paper, according to the authors simulated gear working conditions, the hardness of bainitic vanadium-titanium ductile iron and 45 steel made by the comparison of the wear resistance test results to introduce bainitic vanadium-titanium ductile iron excellent wear resistance.
