目的:筛选体外抗螨有效的中药挥发油。方法:采用透明胶带粘贴法获取蠕形螨,镜下观察不同中药挥发油对毛囊蠕形螨和皮脂蠕形螨的抑杀作用,并设立新肤螨灵软膏为阳性对照、生理盐水为阴性对照,进行体外抗螨活性筛选。应用健康家兔进行皮肤刺激实验和急性皮肤毒性实验。结果:丁香、枳壳、细辛、桂皮、良姜和花椒6种中药的挥发油具有较好的抑杀蠕形螨效果,对2种蠕形螨均有明显的抑杀作用,其中丁香、细辛2种中药挥发油对毛囊蠕形螨的抑杀效果优于皮脂蠕形螨(P<0.05)。丁香挥发油对家兔完整皮肤的刺激评分为0.2,破损皮肤的刺激评分为0.3,无明显毒性。结论:丁香、枳壳等6种中药挥发油具有良好的体外抑杀蠕形螨活性,其中丁香挥发油具有较强的体外抗蠕形螨活性且具有皮肤安全性。 OBJECTIVE: To screen in vitro anti-caries effective Chinese herbal volatile oil. Clove volatile oil had a score of 0.2 on intact rabbit skin and a score of 0.3 on damaged skin. No significant toxicity was observed. Conclusion: The volatile oils of six kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, such as clove and Citrus aurantium, have good killing activity against Demodex in vitro. Among them, Clove Volatile oil has strong in vitro demodex activity and has skin safety.
