棉株的全钾,通常采用火焰光度计进行测定,由于这种零满标测定法操作繁琐,在实践中采用了低高新法进行测定,严格控制放大器的工作区间,测量误差相应减小。与老方法零满标测定法相比,直接标定低标、高标浓度,待读数稳定,即可进行测试。本法特征为样品经浓H2SO4-H2O2消煮后,无须络合萃取,定容,稀释直接上机测定,回收率100%~107%。
The total potassium in cotton plants is usually measured by flame photometer. Due to the cumbersome operation of this zero-full-scale determination method, the low-high method is adopted in practice to strictly control the working range of the amplifier and the measurement error is correspondingly reduced. Compared with the old method zero full standard determination method, the low standard and high standard concentration are directly calibrated, and the test is stable when the reading is stable. The method is characterized by the sample after concentrated H2SO4-H2O2 digestion and boiling, without complex extraction, constant volume, diluted directly measured on the machine, the recovery rate of 100% to 107%.
