党的十一届三中全会以来,是中国当代漫画最繁荣兴盛的时期。其显著特征是:注意摆正漫画与时代、与生活的关系,既出现为数不少的反映改革开放和现代化建设的歌颂漫画,又发挥了漫画在政革开放时代中应有的针砭时弊的舆论监督作用,并呈现出多样化的发展趋势,在建设社会主义精神文明和物质文明中发挥了重要作用。
