目的探讨米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月-2015年12月医院接收的分娩产妇104例,随机分为观察组与对照组各52例。观察组应用米索前列醇联合缩宫素;对照组仅应用缩宫素。比较2组疗效以及第3产程时间、产后2h和产后24h出血量等观察指标。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,第3产程时间、产后2h出血量、产后24h出血量均明显少于对照组,Hb、Hct的减少幅度均明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米索前列醇和缩宫素联合预防产后出血的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 104 cases of childbirth received by the hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 52 cases each. Observation group applied misoprostol combined with oxytocin; control group only used oxytocin. The curative effect of the two groups and the third stage of labor time, postpartum 2h and postpartum 24h bleeding and other indicators were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The duration of the third stage of labor, the amount of hemorrhage after 2 hours and the amount of hemorrhage after 24 hours of childbirth were significantly less than those of the control group, and the reduction rates of Hb and Hct were significantly less than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The combination of misoprostol and oxytocin is effective in preventing postpartum hemorrhage and is worthy of clinical application.
