针对炮孔存水的特殊工况,基于水压力原理,设计出3种炮孔排水装置,并对其优缺点进行对比分析,选出了最优的设计方案。通过对炮孔排水装置的排水原理及操作步骤进行分析,得出:第3种炮孔排水装置设计和应用较合理,理论上排水率可达100%,从根本上解决了特殊工况条件下存水炮孔的排水问题,扩充了炮孔排水装置的研究理论,提高了爆破效果。
Aiming at the special working conditions of water storage in blasthole, three types of blasting devices were designed based on the principle of water pressure, and their advantages and disadvantages were compared and the optimal design scheme was selected. By analyzing the principle and operation steps of the drainage system of the blasting hole, it is concluded that the design and application of the third type of blasting device is reasonable and the drainage rate can reach 100% in theory, which can fundamentally solve the problems of special working conditions The problem of drainage of water storage hole was expanded and the research theory of hole drainage device was expanded to improve the blasting effect.
