为满足四化建设和国际交往需要,国家要求尽快制订出“渐开线圆柱齿轮承载能力计算方法”国家标准。根据有关上级指示,课题组于1981年成立,及由归口负责单位郑州机械研究所、北京钢铁学院、哈尔滨工业大学、东北工学院、郑州工学院、合肥工业大学、上海工业大学、华中工学院、昆明工学院、东方汽轮机厂等十个单位组成。
In order to meet the needs of the four modernizations and international exchanges, the state has demanded that a “national standard for calculating the carrying capacity of involute cylindrical gears” should be formulated as soon as possible. According to the directives of the higher authorities, the research group was established in 1981 and is composed of Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute, Beijing Iron and Steel Institute, Harbin Institute of Technology, Northeast Institute of Technology, Zhengzhou Institute of Technology, Hefei University of Technology, Shanghai University of Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Kunming Institute of Technology, Oriental Steam Turbine Works and other 10 units.
