男性患者,31岁,因“恶心呕吐,心悸乏力,消瘦2个月余”,拟诊“甲亢,电解质紊乱”于2004年9月10日收治入院。患者入院前2个月,于劳累后出现恶心、呕吐,伴纳差、心悸、全身乏力,给予输液后症状略有改善。此后症状进行性加重,四肢乏力明显,体重逐渐下降,至当地医院,查血电解质：血钙波
