被动遥感技术的发展对复相关器提出了新的要求,而模拟复相关器具有灵敏度高、体积小、功耗低等优点。在此重点介绍了复相关器的核心部件:乘法器单元和宽带移相器;模拟了点频上的相位反演并分析其反演能力;测试了模拟复相关器的宽带相位特性,模拟了宽带相位反演过程并测得其相位反演精度。
The development of passive remote sensing technology puts forward new requirements for complex correlator, while the analog complex correlator has the advantages of high sensitivity, small size and low power consumption. In this paper, the core components of complex correlator are introduced: multiplier unit and wideband phase shifter; the phase inversion on point frequency is simulated and its inversion capability is analyzed; the broadband phase characteristics of analog complex correlator are tested; Broadband Phase Inversion Process and Its Phase Inversion Accuracy Measured.
