目的探讨p27及皮层肌动蛋白与涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)神经侵袭的相关性。方法SACC患者22例分为神经侵袭组(12例)和无神经侵袭组(10例)。采用免疫组化技术检测两组p27和皮层肌动蛋白的表达情况。结果神经侵袭组p27的阳性表达低于无神经侵袭组(P<0.05)。神经侵袭组皮层肌动蛋白的阳性表达高于无神经侵袭组(P<0.05)。SACC病理分级与其有无神经侵袭显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 p27及皮层肌动蛋白可能成为涎腺腺样囊性癌神经侵犯的标志物和治疗的靶基因。
Objective To investigate the correlation between p27, cortical actin and nerve invasion in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC). Methods 22 patients with SACC were divided into nerve invasion group (12 cases) and no nerve invasion group (10 cases). Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p27 and cortical actin in both groups. Results The positive expression of p27 in nerve invasion group was lower than that in no nerve invasion group (P <0.05). The positive expression of cortical actin in nerve invasion group was higher than that in no nerve invasion group (P <0.05). SACC pathological grading and its presence or absence of nerve invasion significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion p27 and cortical actin may become the target genes for salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma neuroinvasion and treatment.
