在艺术院校扩招的背景下,学生生源参差不齐,尤其是英语学习水平存在较大的差异。为了转变传统的教学模式,教育家们进行了不断的探索,一种以学生个性化为依据的隐性分层教学模式开始在高校中广泛运用。隐性分层教学是有针对性的分组和个人教学,照顾不同层次学生的学习状况,满足其个性化的需求,激发学生的潜能和学习积极性,让学生得到全面、充分的发展,取得优异的英语成绩和教学效果。文章以此为契机从教育学隐性分层理论视角对大学生英语教学进行相关的论述。
Under the background of enrolling more students in art schools, students have different sources of students. In particular, there is a big difference in English learning. In order to change the traditional mode of teaching, educators have been constantly exploring, a personalized teaching based on the implicit hierarchical teaching model began to be widely used in colleges and universities. Hidden teaching is targeted grouping and individual teaching, taking care of students at different levels of learning, to meet their individual needs, to stimulate students’ potential and learning motivation, so that students receive full and adequate development and achieved excellent English grades and teaching effectiveness. This article takes this as an opportunity to discuss the college English teaching from the perspective of recessive stratification theory of education.
