目的通过对比分析某军队医院开展医疗合作项目前后医疗经济和医疗数质量指标,论证开展医疗合作项目后为兵服务和创收经营的效果。方法对2004~2012年军地人员的门急诊工作量、住院人次、人均费用、医疗效率和医疗质量指标等相关信息,按合作前后两个阶段,应用Excel和SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 1医疗合作后,医院为兵服务得到保障,军队人员门急诊人次和住院人次与合作前差异无统计学意义,军队人员人均住院费、人均住院药品费、人均住院检查检验费较合作前大幅增加,差异有统计学意义。2医疗合作后,医院平均住院日下降、床位利用率、床位周转次数、抢救成功率、治愈好转率均增加,差异有统计学意义。结论军队医院要会利用社会资源采取医疗合作,提高为部队服务能力和社会经济效益。
Objective To compare and analyze the medical economy and the medical quality index before and after the military cooperation project in a military hospital and demonstrate the effect of military service and revenue-generating operation after carrying out the medical cooperation project. Methods The related information such as workload of outpatient and emergency department, inpatient visits, per capita expenses, medical efficiency and medical quality indicators of military personnel from 2004 to 2012 were analyzed statistically by using Excel and SPSS 13.0 software before and after the cooperation. Results 1 After the medical cooperation, the hospital service for soldiers was guaranteed. There was no significant difference in the emergency attendance, inpatient attendance and co-operation before and after the medical cooperation. The per capita hospitalization cost, the per capita hospitalization drug cost and per capita hospitalization examination fee of military personnel were significantly higher than those before the cooperation Increase, the difference was statistically significant. 2 After the medical cooperation, the hospital average hospital stay decreased, bed utilization, bed turnover, rescue success rate, cure improvement rate increased, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Military hospitals should make use of social resources to take medical cooperation and improve their service ability and social economic benefits.
