目的 :通过对 TRT4半自动血凝仪线性关系、准确性等的检测 ,更好地了解和使用该仪器。方法 :用不同浓度的 PT、APTT、TT、FIB标准定值血浆分别检测 TRT4半自动血凝仪的线性关系、精密度、交叉污染率。结果 :该仪器的线性关系的相关系数在 0 .994 1~ 0 .9983,精密度 CV值 0 .78%~ 4 .8%之间 ,各种浓度的干扰物对检测结果无明显影响。结论 :TRT4半自动血凝仪的各项技术指标符合要求 ,精密度高 ,准确性好 ,可开展项目多 ,操作简单 ,其重复性优于手工操作 ,适合国内中小型实验室使用
OBJECTIVE: To better understand and use this instrument by testing the linearity, accuracy, etc. of the TRT4 semi-automatic coagulometer. Methods: The linearity, precision and cross-contamination rate of TRT4 semi-automatic blood coagulation analyzer were detected by different concentrations of PT, APTT, TT and FIB standard plasma respectively. Results: The correlation coefficient of the linear relationship was between 0.994 1 ~ 0.9983 and the precision CV value was between 0.78% ~ 4.8%. There was no significant effect of various concentrations of interfering agents on the test results. Conclusion: The technical indicators of TRT4 semi-automatic coagulation analyzer meet the requirements, high precision, good accuracy, can carry out more projects, simple operation, the repeatability is better than manual operation, suitable for small and medium domestic laboratories
