“狼”要来了,我们喊了多年,可不少的职工就是不信。其原因就是长期以来,计划经济体制犹如一座坚固的大堤保护着国有企业,不管堤外如何波涛汹涌,堤内却是风平浪静。企业固然没有经营自主权,但也没有市场竞争的风险。国有企业的这种地位,使职工普遍产生了不怕风吹浪打的太平感,高于其他类型企业职工的地位优越感,毫无后顾之忧的安全感,而缺乏的是企业生存的危机感、市场竞争的紧迫感和对事业高度负责的责任感,以及一丝不苟的敬业精神。这种观念直接导致了人们安于现状、不求进取、夜郎自大,而如今的现实是市场竞争把一些产品结构不合理、成本高、效益差的国有企业逼上了困境。市场中计划经济时的指令式、人情风已被激烈的价格竞争和高科技竞争所代替。无情的竞争已给一些企业带来了前所未有的困难:企业产品积压、资金紧张、生产难以为继。“狼”真的来到了企业的门前。
“Wolf” is coming. We have called for years. But many employees do not believe it. The reason is that for a long time, the planned economic system is like a solid embankment protecting state-owned enterprises. No matter how rough the waves are outside the embankment, the embankment is calm. Although the business does not have the right to operate, there is no risk of market competition. This status of state-owned enterprises has caused employees to feel a sense of peace that is not afraid of the wind and waves. This is higher than that of other types of employees, and they have no sense of security in their worries. What they lack is a crisis of corporate survival and market competition. The sense of urgency and a sense of responsibility highly responsible for the cause, as well as meticulous professionalism. This concept directly led people to stay in the status quo, not seeking progress, and arrogant, but today’s reality is that market competition has forced some state-owned enterprises with unreasonable product structure, high cost, and poor efficiency to get into trouble. The instructional and humanistic style of the planned economy in the market has been replaced by fierce price competition and high-tech competition. Ruthless competition has brought unprecedented difficulties to some companies: The backlog of corporate products, capital shortages, and production are difficult to sustain. “Wolf” really came to the door of the company.
