本院多年来,有机磷农药中毒患者常规应用质子泵阻滞剂保护胃黏膜.为观察64例中毒患者洗胃后静脉应用泮托拉唑防治胃黏膜损伤疗效,并分析如下.rn1 临床资料rn1.1 病例资料rn 3年来选择既往无溃疡史、胃病史、或激素类药物应用史120例患者.随机分成两组.治疗组64例(男22,女42),年龄16～66岁,平均35.5岁.对照组56例(男20,女36),年龄17～67岁,平均36.5岁.两组患者在年龄,性别、毒物种类、中毒程度及就诊时间等方面有可比性.
