澳大利亚TAFE学院职业能力标准的“行业参与、标准具体、双标融通”的特色是澳大利亚职业教育取得卓越成绩的重要保证。我国高职职业能力标准与澳大利亚TAFE学院职业能力标准相比具有诸多不足之处。借鉴澳大利亚TAFE学院职业能力标准的经验,我国高职职业能力标准的开发应在三个方面进行努力:一是职业能力标准的开发要吸引行业企业的参与;二是职业能力标准的内容要具体、具有可操作性;三是要将健康和安全作为职业能力标准的重要内容。
The characteristics of TAFE’s professional competence standards in Australia, “Industry Participation, Standard Specificity and Double Standard Integration” are important guarantees for the remarkable achievements of Australian vocational education. Compared with the professional ability standard of TAFE in Australia, the vocational ability standard of our country has many deficiencies. Drawing on the experience of Australian TAFE’s professional competence standards, the development of vocational qualification standards in higher vocational education in our country should try hard in three aspects. First, the development of professional competence standards should attract the participation of industrial enterprises. Second, the content of professional competence standards should be specific, With operability; third is to health and safety as an important part of occupational standards.
