《中国中医药报》2015年1月30日讯:国家质检总局网站日前公布《进出境中药材检疫监督管理办法(公开征求意见稿)》,规定进出境中药材生产企业应当建立完善的防疫体系和溯源管理制度,并配备检疫管理人员,检验检疫部门将对相关企业实施注册登记管理和诚信管理。根据《办法》,国家质检总局将对入境中药材实施检疫准入制度,并负责制定、调整和公布允许进境中药材的国家或者地区名单以及产品种类。检验检疫部门对辖区出境中药材和生产企业实施分类管理,并对出境中药材实施检疫监管,经检疫合格或者经除害处理合格的准予出境。对未报检、未依法办理检疫审批手续,未按
