本文概述了大气污染对昆虫特别是刺吸类昆虫发生的影响及其机制的研究现状,探讨了自然状态下不同污染程度地区桃蚜自身的解毒酶和其寄主的营养状况的变化.初步得出在污染程度较高的地区桃蚜α-NA羧酸酯酶活性有增高趋势,大气污染导致桃叶片中氨基酸总量特别是桃蚜必需氨基酸总量的增加和其中限制性氨基酸的改变有利于桃蚜的发生.
In this paper, the effects of air pollution on the occurrence of insects, especially the sucking insects and their mechanisms are summarized. The changes of the nutritional status of the detoxification enzymes and their hosts in the population of Myzus persicae in different levels of pollution are discussed. It was initially concluded that the α-NA carboxylesterase activity of Myzus persicae in the areas with higher pollution tended to increase. The air pollution led to the increase of the total amino acids in the peach leaf, especially the total amount of essential amino acids, Conducive to the occurrence of peach aphid.
