[目的]探讨乙肝疫苗无、弱应答的危险因素。[方法]选取1342名接种乙肝疫苗后无、弱应答者128人作为病例组,在有应答者中按性别匹配随机抽取128人作为对照组进行病例对照研究,对所有研究对象进行问卷调查,采用SPSS13.0软件对获取的研究数据进行单因素分析以及多因素Logistic回归分析。[结果]单因素分析发现,与无、弱应答相关的环境因素为年龄(OR=2.52,95%CI1.51~4.21)、BMI(OR=2.38,95%CI1.13~5.02)、吸烟(OR=2.15,95%CI1.08~4.28)、饮茶(OR=0.32,95%CI0.10~0.99);多因素Logistic回归分析,最终进入模型的有年龄(OR=2.331,95%CI1.357~4.004)、BMI(OR=2.439,95%CI1.148~5.184)和饮茶(OR=0.643,95%CI0.414~0.998)。[结论]无、弱应答的发生与多种因素有关。
[Objective] To explore the risk factors of hepatitis B vaccine without or weak response. [Method] A total of 128 non-responders and 128 weak responders were selected as the case group. A total of 128 respondents were randomly selected as the control group for case-control study. All the subjects were investigated by questionnaire. SPSS13.0 software to obtain the research data univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. [Results] The univariate analysis showed that the environmental factors related to no or weak response were age (OR = 2.52, 95% CI 1.51-4.14), BMI (OR = 2.38,95% CI 1.13-5.02), smoking OR = 2.15,95% CI1.08 ~ 4.28), drinking tea (OR = 0.32, 95% CI0.10 ~ 0.99); the multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the final age of the model was OR = 2.331,95% CI1. 357 ~ 4.004), BMI (OR = 2.439,95% CI1.148 ~ 5.184) and tea drinking (OR = 0.643,95% CI0.414 ~ 0.998). [Conclusion] No, the occurrence of weak response is related to many factors.
