近些年来,随着“健康第一”观念不断深入人心,我国出现了很多增强体魄、帮助人们锻炼身体的健康运动,如康姿百德健身操等。在初中教育阶段,学生的时间与精力都投入学习中,使得他们的身体状况令人担忧。体育课是帮助学生锻炼身体的重要课程,是实现德、智、体、美、劳全面素质教育的重要学科。结合教学研究,讨论教师应该如何进行体育教学,才能够使学生得到应有的体育锻炼,真正实现以生为本。
In recent years, with the concept of “Health First ” continuing to penetrate the hearts of the people, there have been many healthy sports in our country such as Kang Pose Patek Aerobics to enhance physical fitness and to help people exercise their bodies. In the junior secondary education stage, students are time and energy involved in learning, making their physical condition is worrying. Physical education is an important curriculum to help students exercise their body. It is an important discipline to realize the overall quality education of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor. Combining with teaching research and discussing how teachers should carry out physical education so as to enable students to get the proper physical training, students should truly take students as the foundation.
